How Does Reputation Management Company Works To Improve Your Online Business?
September 19, 2013 Blogging Guide
It’s all very well to have a website set up in cyberspace, but what is the point if no one knows you are there? It is estimated that there are approximately 4.69 billion websites on the World Wide Web. It is easy to get buried amidst the millions of websites that deal with the same things as you do. How do you stand out? Advertising is one such way, but most people have become so inured to the constant assault on the senses that most advertising deals with, that it’s getting harder and harder to grab consumer eyeballs. Content marketing to the rescue. Or, more accurately well researched articles written in accordance with search engine optimization (SEO) to the rescue.
Search Engine Optimization or SEO as it is more commonly known is a technique or strategy by the reputation management company to have your articles or web content be more easily picked up by search engine spiders that continuously trawl the web for relevant articles. And just being picked up is not nearly enough. The content must be written in a way that the articles are listed at the top of the search engine results. Relevant keywords are used in such a way that when a person searches for it online, then immediately the search engine spiders recognize an article as having those same keywords and bring it up in the search results. The keywords should also be used fairly dense in the writing in the article to be at the top of the search engine results. A good percentage of keywords density is 1-3% of the entire content of the article.
Some people feel that most articles that are geared for SEO or for e-zines (e-magazines) are poorly written with stilted writing and a poorly disguised effort at completely transparent and shameless marketing. But that is not true. A well written, articulate and interesting article will make for a more widely read and widely shared article, one that is eventually more highly ranked. You can trick a person once to open a website, but when people see that the articles are poorly written and offer no new information, and then they will immediately shun it. Well written, well researched, unique articles with the right keywords will on the other hand build a loyal and dedicated reader base. Using poorly done SEO for grabbing eyeballs will perhaps bring immediate traffic to the sites, but in the long run will do nothing for it.
There are some basic and common sense rules for effective search engine optimization for articles written for either general websites or e-zines. Here are some of them:
- Make sure the article is unique. Plagiarism is not smart practice.
- The article should be well-researched, factual, engaging and well-written. No one wants to read poorly veiled marketing copy.
- Check for spelling mistakes and grammatical errors.
- List sources and references when applicable.
- Use keywords smartly and judiciously.
- Give a relevant title to the article.
- Break it up into short paragraphs.
- Use pictures and other visual elements whenever possible to make the article more interesting.
- Use hyperlinks in the writing
- Link back to the article from other websites to build traffic.

I admit about reputation management company whatever information shared above is very educative. As a newbie in SEO strategy following I’m glad to learn such deep lessons regarding improvement of online business and reputation management. I’ve a great experience reading through this article.
well the good news is,
The new Google search Algorithm update , the “Hummingbird”
is moving away from relying only on single “keyword” related searches, Hummingbird can take into consideration the whole sentence you write in the search box,
you can no longer trick the search engine with keywords, as now it looks for the entire meaning of your sentence, so if your article has what it is being searched for it will be found.
content is always king, quality content is what defines your business online reputation.
